Added GitHub workflow files from the zitadel-node repository to standardize CI/CD processes across all ZITADEL authentication examples.

Motivation and Context
To maintain consistency across all ZITADEL example repositories, we're syncing the standard GitHub Actions workflows from the zitadel-node repository. This ensures all examples follow the same quality standards for linting, testing, type checking, dependency management, and security scanning.
How Has This Been Tested?
Workflows will be tested automatically upon merge through GitHub Actions triggers.

No documentation changes required - these are internal CI/CD configurations.
